A chiasm is a literary structure where the words or themes of the first section of a passage are repeated in reverse order in the second. The central statement in a chiasm is what is being emphasized. Daniel in 11:36-37 is apparently indicating that the antichrist will be a homosexual (Dan 11:37b). This would not be surprising since in Romans 1:26-27 homosexuality is described as the depths of sin.
