A chiasm is a literary structure where vocabulary of the first section of a passage isrepeated in reverse order in the second. The center of the chiasm is typically the climax of the passage. In Mark 5:21-43 the climax is the woman touching Jesus’ garment aand being healed (Mark 5:27-30).
